Fees and Referrals
Claim King comply with the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code 1990, as amended, and the Solicitors Publicity Code 2001 published by the Law Society and any solicitor to whom we may refer you is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. You are free to choose another solicitor.
There is no charge by Claim King to any person submitting a claim form or any other details to Claim King.
If anyone submitting details of their claim subsequently has their case accepted by the law firm to whom Claim King refer the case and that person chooses to instruct that firm then the firm will pay Claim King a fee. The fee ranges from £150 to £650. The firm can provide further information once the case is assessed. The firm will not charge or recover the fee from the claimant.
Privacy
At Claim King, we are committed to protecting your privacy and to developing technology that gives you the most powerful and secure online experience. You can travel through most of our site without giving us any information about yourself. But sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request, and this statement of privacy explains data collection and use in those situations.
